I have one more pumpkin project for you all! This one using vinyl and my Cricut Machine. When I purchased the paper mache pumpkins, I also bought this faux pumpkin from Michael’s. It’s been sitting in my basement waiting for me to figure out what I was going to do with it. Amy and I generally try to do projects that don’t require a lot of special equipment, so almost anyone can accomplish the same project, with their own twist of course. But this faux pumpkin was just screaming for vinyl!
We are so excited to be teaming up with 10 of our fabulous blogging friends for the Pick Your Pumpkin Challenge! For this challenge, each blogger used a faux pumpkin from Michael’s to create a fun DIY craft. Our pumpkin project was inspired by fall subway art, and we decided to use that same concept to create a Fall Subway Art Pumpkin!
A few months ago, I found this picture of witches’ brooms from Better Homes and Gardens floating around Pinterest. I loved the idea so much I decided to try making my own.
Painted paper mache pumpkins are a fast and easy craft project anyone can do! They would be a great project for a fall craft party, or even a kids party. The paper mache pumpkins are inexpensive and it would be so fun to see how how everyone decorated them to make them their own!
Its fall y’all. Time to break out the pumpkin. I thought about trying marbled brownies with a pumpkin cream cheese. These were quick and easy to whip up, and they taste amazing. Serve these for your holiday dinner or any day of the week. Here’s the recipe!
