Decorating my own home has been somewhat of a struggle for me. It’s taken me a really long time to find my own style.
Vintage Door Decor – Monthly DIY Challenge
It’s #MonthlyDIYChallenge day! If you’re new around here and haven’t seen one of our Monthly DIY Challenges, here’s the scoop.. each month we get together with a few of our closet blogging friends and pick a random item or topic that we each have to use to create a DIY project. This month our theme is “trash to treasure” and we had to either find something someone else had thrown out, or use an item that would typically be thrown out in our own home. Fortunately for us (and maybe embarrassingly so), we’ve become rather skilled at the art of garbage picking. We recently found this really cool old door on the curb and decided to give it a makeover to be used as decor in my living room.
Graphite Console Table
I’m so sorry we haven’t posted all week. We’ve been spending every waking minute painting furniture to stock our new booth. I’ve hesitated to post because I fear you may be getting tired of furniture posts. But since we haven’t had time for anything else, I thought we’d share another one anyway and hopefully you enjoy seeing them!
Pretty Little Coffee Table
We had so much fun working on our Vintage Bicycle Ad Table, we decided to jump right into another furniture piece.
Vintage Bicycle Painted Side Table
We’re so excited to finally have a few furniture pieces ready to share with you! The first is this 3-drawer side table with a vintage bicycle ad.
Chalk Paint Upcycled Chair
Exciting things happening today! We’re guest posting for our sweet friend Kristi at Making it in the Mountains, AND we’re sharing our very first chalk paint furniture project! You can find the whole tutorial for our Chalk Paint Upcycled Chair HERE. We hope you’ll swing over to check it out!
Vicki and I have three more furniture pieces we’re finishing up and we can’t wait to share them with you!! Wishing you a fantastic weekend!!
