I’m a little embarrassed to tell you this, but I’ve had this mirror sitting on a ledge in my living room for a couple of years. Whenever I glance in that direction, I always think I need to get a different mirror because this one doesn’t fit the decor. We moved into our house a little over three years ago and we still have rooms with builder white walls and no decor. We’re slowly getting there, but it’s definitely a process to decorate a house. Next on the list is tackling the kids bathroom. I purchased this shower curtain from The Land Of Nod a few months ago, but haven’t done much else with the room. I came up with the idea to use inexpensive wood shims to create a distressed wooden sign, and paint a seahorse silhouette on it. It’s a super easy project, and you can choose any silhouette or stencil to create your own custom design.
