I am new to the ASCP and have completed only two pieces. Both using the brand wax. What I noticed was the color change with the wax. It enhanced the color. I am tackling the kitchen cabinets with off white ASCP. Practice piece I used the wax and like the color. Will this be achieved with the methods you listed ? Using the poly etc!
Canary Street Crafts (Amy) says
Hi Kay! I don’t think any of the brush on polys deepen the paint color as much as clear wax does. It does enhance the color a bit, but it doesn’t have quite the same warming effect as wax.
